Once we jointly identify the long-term business challenges and specific candidate skills our clients need to fuse, we move into SEARCH PHASE. Together we identify a targeted and comprehensive list of direct competitors or industries that make sense from a competency or relevant experience perspective. We then encourage our client to think about other types of candidates not initially considered. In our experience, a diversity of thought can yield surprising results.<\/p>\n
Our DELIVERY PHASE is a thorough and methodical screening\/interview process that ensures only the most qualified candidates will be presented to you. We also work with our clients to address or resolve any post-interview issues, questions or follow-ups.
\nTo further confirm cultural fit at the finalist phase, we include to executive fit assessments at no additional charge. <\/p>\n
