BOB NESBIT – Managing Partner
Bob Nesbit is passionate about partnering with the corporate senior leadership of organizations to find the executives with the right set of experience, talent, and insights to fulfill their corporate mission and add bottom-line value.
Bob leads a boutique retained executive search firm with a reputation for his network, white glove service, and transparency. His innate curiosity fuels his interest in understanding his clients’ business challenges. This enables him to form thoughtful and uniquely innovative search strategies and to offer an extended platform of professional services addressing human capital requirements.
Nesbit Partners Inc. benefits from Bob’s multifaceted experience. He has worked at the Executive HR level working with Boards and CEO’s in major corporations in financial services, consumer packaged goods, media and entertainment managing teams and heading up talent acquisition and senior business partner roles. In addition, his background includes experience at other executive recruiting firms where he partnered with a wide variety of industries, multiple functions and diverse skill sets.
Bob has conducted successful global searches to fill roles in HR, Sales, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, and Creative. Industries served include Energy, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance, CPG, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Bio/Pharma, Insurance, Media/Entertainment, Technology/Internet and Not-for-Profit.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Vermont. He serves on the Boards of the Fairfield/Westchester Human Resources Roundtable. Bob is a Certified EMT with many hours of volunteer service.
Louise Coffelt – Senior Recruiter
Louise brings over twenty years of executive search and recruiting experience serving multiple industries and functions, as well as both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. Prior to working as a strategic partner to Nesbit Partners and other firms, she was one of the first five employees to build Korn/Ferry International’s mid-management division, Futurestep, in the Chicago market. As a true generalist, Louise has enjoyed successfully completing searches from Manager level up to the C-Suite in Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Management Consulting. Industries have included consumer package goods, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, non-profit, retail, healthcare, technology, and energy/ utilities. While Louise has primarily focused domestically, she has also worked with multi-national clients in APAC and Europe.
Louise earned an MBA in Human Resources and Strategy from Indiana University in Bloomington, as well as an undergraduate degree in French Language and Literature from The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA..
When not focusing on recruiting exceptional talent, Louise enjoys spending time with her husband Greg, their three children, and their rescue dog Oreo.
Elizabeth Shah-Khan – Senior Recruiter
Elizabeth Shah-Khan brings nearly two decades of retained executive search experience. She has recruited C-level talent across multiple functions including finance, operations, technology and human resources, and for a range of clients from start-ups to large corporate entities.
Before working as a strategic partner to Nesbit Partners and other firms, Elizabeth spent 16 years with a highly regarded retained executive search firm in the Southeast. In her early career, she worked in marketing communications for a leading technology-focused investment bank and a large NY-based law firm.
Elizabeth graduated from Wake Forest University. She and her husband are parents to twin boys.
