We then encourage our client to think about other types of candidates not initially considered. In our experience, a diversity of thought can yield surprising results.

Our DELIVERY PHASE is a thorough and methodical screening/interview process that ensures only the most qualified candidates will be presented to you. We also work with our clients to address or resolve any post-interview issues, questions or follow-ups. To further confirm cultural fit at the finalist phase, we also include an executive fit assessment at no additional charge.

POST-HIRE/ON-BOARDING

Studies on the success and failure of senior-level hires indicate that most “bad fit” or alignment issues surface within the first 90 days of hire. Addressing these issues quickly can greatly impact the overall placement success rate and/or maximize the timing of the executive’s productivity and success.

That’s why Nesbit Partners works closely with clients and candidates during the on-boarding process of each new hire. We conduct formal check-ins with both parties for the first 90 days to assure effective alignment and to maximize success.
